About The Teacher

　　Mikako Endo

Mikako is a piano teacher and composer, born in Tokyo, Japan.

She comes from three generations of professional musicians. She received her B.M. in Music education and Composition from Tokyo Gakugei Univ. and her M.A. from San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

In Japan, she was not only a popular piano teacher, but also produced several successful music videos. Since arriving in the US, she has composed music for concert performance, made music for several CD-ROMs and Videos, and worked as an audio engineer.

She is particularly happy working with young people at the piano.

Member of the Music Teachers Association of California.
